  Since we had arrived at around lunch time, Fulgencio asked if we wanted him to fix a migas.- a special dish fixed in the campo. It is made from olive oil, wheat flour, corn flour and garlic. He threw on some asparagus and, later when the migas was almost done, laid a piece of dried fish called baccalao onto the hot coals. This was put on top of the migas when it was finished.
